ARTIFISHAL European Premieres in Iceland and Norway

European Premiere Iceland, April 10th 
Join us at Ingólfsskáli for the European premiere of ARTIFISHAL, a Patagonia film about people, rivers and the fight for the future of wild fish and the environment that supports them. It explores wild salmon’s slide toward extinction, threats posed by fish hatcheries and fish farms, and our continued loss of faith in nature.
 
During the evening we will be joined by the following speakers for a Q&A session after the film.

Jon Kaldal - Icelandic Wildlife Fund
Mikael Frodin - Swedish Flyfisher
 
Auður Önnu Magnúsdóttiris - CEO of Landvernd, the Icelandic Environment Association, will be moderating the panel discussion.

Doors open at 6PM. All proceeds will go to NASF Iceland.
 
If you wish to travel to the venue with your own transport please car share where possible. Parking will be available on site.

Bus schedule:
 
Bus 1: Departs from Reykjavik at 17:30. Returns to Reykjavik at 21:30.
Bus 2: Departs from Reykjavik at 17:30. Returns to Reykjavik at 22:00.
Bus 3: Departs from Reykjavik at 17:45. Returns to Reykjavik at 22:30.
 
The bus rides are approximately 50 minutes long and will depart from the GrayLine Bus Terminal Skarfagörðum (8 Skarfabakka 104 Reykjavík).

Join us at Vika Cinema for ARTIFISHAL, a documentary about the devastating cost of hatcheries, fish farms and human arrogance.
As passionate anglers and concerned residents of our home planet, we view hatcheries and fish farms as part of a disturbing trend: The willful ignorance of scientific fact for political expediency.
During the evening we will be joined by the following speakers for a Q&A session after the film.
