We always aim to offer reliable and convenient shipping worldwide. Our warehouse is located close to Arlanda Airport in Sweden, with excellent connections to destinations around the world.
Orders leave our warehouse within one business day. Within Sweden, deliveries are handled via DHL. International shipments are handled by selected carriers depending on destination, with Express Shipping available where listed below.
All product prices include taxes and duties. International orders are shipped DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), meaning no additional taxes or duties are required on delivery.

All worldwide orders are shipped DDP (Delivery Duty Paid). No additional taxes or duties are charged on delivery.
Express Shipping
Express Shipping provides faster delivery and enhanced delivery flexibility. Once your shipment is on its way, tracking and delivery updates are normally sent by SMS or email.
Depending on destination and carrier, you may be able to reschedule delivery, redirect the shipment, authorize delivery without signature or choose a pickup location.
Standard Shipping
Standard Shipping is our most economical delivery option. Shipments are handled by international and local carriers selected according to destination. Tracking is available for all destinations.

Returns & Exchanges
If you would like to return a product, our general return period is 14 days. Please contact us at contact@frodinflies.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Returned products must be unused, unworn and in their original condition with all original packaging and tags attached. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer and original shipping charges are not refundable. If an approved replacement product is sent, Frödinflies covers the shipping cost of the replacement.
