Free worldwide shipping on all orders above 895 SEK / 95 EURO.
We usually ship all orders made before 12am on the same business day, otherwise on the following business day. We usually do not ship on weekends or Swedish holidays.

We always aim for the shipping of our products to be as quick and smooth as possible. However delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and we do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability.

Taxes and Duties
All countries within the European Union are shipped on DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are included in the final price.
All non-EU orders are shipped on DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, meaning that product prices are exclusive of all taxes and duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
Returns & Exchanges
If you'd like to return your product, the general return period is 14 days. Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org stating your order number and reason for return. All items must be unused, unworn and in original packaging with all tags/packaging attached in original condition.
Shipping costs related to the returned product/-s will not be refunded. You are obliged to pay for the return delivery of the product. If a replacement product/-s is to be sent out Frödinflies will cover the shipping cost for this product/-s.
Frödinflies shall, if under the jurisdiction of our return policy, refund you what you have paid for the product as soon as possible, but latest within 30 days of the product being returned or you informing us of wanting to return a product.
