Tuesday - they keep on coming!
After another morning lecture I took off with the little super fast Eurocopter to Litza tent pool. Here had Ken from USA and Gunther from Austria already landed a few salmon. Ken was something like a rookie on the double handed but fished well and a couple of small adjustments with the power distribution between hands did that caste stretched nicely. His Cascade gave several nice fish in the lower tent. Gunther fought with a wrong taperad leader, after a change to a 12” Egor it became easier and a nice grilse was fooled on neck. Two talented fishermen fought in the wind, unfortunately they lost some of the important stretch and the speed of the fly. After lunch, I pulled myself down stream. Fished through several places got a few salmon on my Dee sheep and the most amazing fish was probably a fat 7-pound trout that gave a nice fight on my single handed.
