The Classic Alta fly. This big black and blue beauty got its name after Mikael and Håkan Norling’s memorable days on the magic Alta beat, many years back. A super fly for dusk and dark. The blue/purple colours stay longest when the light disappears. The fat silhouette makes it a must under the summer moonlight. Fish this fly big, even over 20 cm. In the biggest sizes, we tie in an extra wing between the body halves. One of our coolest patterns that have taken so many great fish, not only on the mighty Alta but on salmon rivers around the world.
