Thuesday!
After an amazing flight over the Barents Sea Coast, we landed on the little grass stain on Millitary pool. With the rotor just a few meters from the rocks, it’s a great balancing act. Johannes from Germany and Paul from England both experienced fishermen were my company. The coaching was tricky, a fierce upstream wind did every control over the fly virtually impossible! The lesson to keep in casting lengths to full control is difficult, but the only way in these conditions. Military, Classic, Snowbank and Reindeer fished very hard. A careful pull in Reindeer was all. We saw a few fish rising but unfortunately it is no real action in the fishing yet. Johanes managed to get a nice fish on the neck in Millitary just before the helicopter arrived! Well done!
