The Norway opening June 1st (Trondelag) and more

I am getting reports of difficult fishing and tricky salmon in the Gaula, Orkla, Stjordal etc. Blue bird skies, warm temperatures and low clear water makes it a challenge right now. The Morrum and the Danish salmon rivers have all more or less come to a halt in the summer heat. On the other hand I am getting reports of extreme water levels and cold rivers from Russia, the Varzuga river was still partly under ice until two weeks ago! Sunny weather and high temperatures have also come to the Kola Peninsula, so the coming weeks could be good with dropping water levels in the rivers. Tight lines!
